about

This song came from a scribble in a lyric book, “Drew a Picture at Drew’s house.” Basically a thought about a great time playing music at Andrew’s house where we rehearse. This song is a thank you note from the band to all who support us and therefore allow us to recording and performing music.

lyrics

Saw a picture of a rose on a dusty hill
Hold it to the light until
The subtle tones so consistently
A picture of a rose so simply

Draw me a picture of a perfect scene
And the colors in between

Colors in my eyes and I behold
Confusion everything turns gold
A rose on a hill for all to see
Verse and the chorus and everything in-between

Draw me a picture of a perfect scene
And the colors in-between
Draw me a picture of a perfect scene
And the colors in-between
